AWC takes to the vineyards on Sunday October 27! Discover some of the most incredible wines, stroll through grape vineyards and shop! We will greet everyone at the Sheraton On The Falls lobby about 11:30 am for registration. And then you are off for the tour of some great vineyards! But be sure to check in at the AWC registration desk first!

The AWC Program

The formal part of the AWC program will start Monday October 28, 2019 with registration at 9:00 am, for pre-conference workshops and general registration in the Great Room Foyer of the hotel. Workshops will start at about 9:30 am and end about 11:30 am.

Registration will be open during the Welcome Coffee Reception which will start at about 11:45 am, so come early and network!

The afternoon plenary session of feature speakers will start at 1:00 pm sharp!

The speaker program will end on Monday at about 5:30 pm followed by a reception which will give you plenty of time to network before the evening program and banquet.

On Tuesday October 29, 2019, the program will start with breakfast at 7:00 am, followed by a speaker program commencing at 7:45 am. The day will include coffee breaks and lunch. The program will end by about 5:00 pm but don’t be afraid to continue to network after the session ends!

But do take time to make all the connections you can before you leave!
