WEST 2018

Registration online is now closed. Registration can now be done on site at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the AWC Registration desk at 9:00 am Monday morning.

Registration to AWC WEST 2018 includes the Pre-Conference Workshops, the Welcome Coffee Reception, afternoon coffee break, the Reception, Banquet and the evening program on March 26, 2018. On Tuesday March 27, 2018 Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks and Lunch will be included.

Registration fees:

Full registration $695.00 per person plus GST
Student registration $350.00 per person plus GST
Producer registrations $665.00 per person plus GST
Government registration $695.00 per person
Group registration* $650.00 per person plus GST

*NOTE: Register 6 or more delegates at one time to get the group discount. Individuals who register at full rate independently will not be later added into the group at the group rate. So get your group of 6 together before registering individuals. More delegates can always be added to the original group once it is started.

Photo Release:

The conference will be recorded and photographed at the discretion of Iris Meck Communications Inc. Your registration and attendance at the event signifies your permission to utilize your image and/or likeness or words spoken or written about the Advancing Women Conference in printed and online reporting of the event in future promotions for perpetuity. No limitations or restrictions apply.

Dietary Restrictions

Please advise of any food restrictions or dietary requirements that need to be met. We will do our best to meet your needs. 

Registration Deadline
